Our Senior Consultants Frank Chafee
The owner of LR Solutions, Inc., Frank Chafee has over 20 years of IT experience. Mr. Chafee is experienced across the entire Livelink product suite, has created many custom enhancement modules that work with Livelink to boost utility and productivity, has developed and provided advanced training for administrators and users of the Livelink system, and developed workflow processes to support manufacturing and business processes. He has also analyzed business and environment requirements to determine knowledge management solutions and configurations for business of varying sizes to provide a custom fit to meet the client's specific needs. Mr. Chafee has programming abilities in several languages including (but not limited to) C++, HTML, Java Script, Visual Basic, UNIX shell, OScript, and SQL. He's very experienced with UNIX, Windows, DOS, VAX/VMS and other operating systems. Eric Moore
With 18 years of IT experience including eight years of Livelink product experience, Mr. Moore has been involved with all aspects of the Livelink product suite, acting in both technical and managerial capacities. Mr. Moore has been responsible for Livelink initiatives ranging from community and library modeling, business process automation, workflow design and development and custom Livelink development interfacing with third party applications. Mr. Moore has successfully led multiple enterprise-wide Livelink implementations.
